ViewSonic VG1930wm
The declared specs do not make this model better than its counterparts from other manufacturers. So far as extremely wide viewing angles are concerned, the situation is similar to those with the above mentioned LG L194WS: the angles can be a bit wider if compared to other TN matrices but you can hardly notice this difference in the real life while higher degrees are obtained by using softer measurement procedure and by no means may correspond to the viewing angles stated for S-IPS or *VA matrices. Driver for ViewSonic VG1930wm.
Thanks to quite thin frame and black colour of casing the monitor looks rather sophisticated however its appearance is blemished by a wide plastic stripe below with built-in speakers behind it.
Unlike the majority of inexpensive models this monitor employs a support that ensures in addition to tilt also yaw (the whole monitor with the support rotates around the turning circle) and monitor height adjustment within 155 to 230 mm. Alas even in the lower position the screen is located too high. So if you want to enjoy comfortable and painless work with this monitor make sure to find a rather high chair. Allow us to remember that according to ergonomics requirements the eyes should be at the level of screen’s upper edge so that you may look down at small angle.
